Pathway sessions explain the intended learner profile, indicative subject areas and types of professional problems addressed by the program. Career examples are presented as possibilities rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Research information sessions

Experienced professionals considering the Doctor of Business Administration may attend a research information session covering research readiness, proposed research areas, supervision, methodology preparation, proposal development and the admissions process.

No applicant should be promised admission or supervisor allocation during an information session. Formal approval must follow the applicable academic process.

Before attending

  • Review the relevant program page
  • Prepare a brief summary of your academic and professional background
  • List the questions most important to your decision
  • Have copies of qualifications or a current CV available if requesting preliminary guidance

After the session

Participants should receive a current program guide, links to entry requirements and policies, and a clear invitation to complete an eligibility enquiry or formal application. Follow-up communications comply with AMU’s privacy and consent requirements.
