Entry Pathway for Working Professionals

This program has been specifically designed for experienced working professionals who already hold a relevant Diploma qualification and have a minimum of five years of industry experience in a related field. The program recognises that substantial knowledge, skills and professional capability can be developed through a combination of formal education and workplace experience. Eligible applicants may be considered for advanced standing or recognition of prior learning, subject to an individual assessment of their qualifications and professional experience. This pathway enables suitably qualified professionals to build upon their existing expertise and complete the remaining Bachelor-level studies through a structured two-year program without compromising the required academic standards or graduate learning outcomes.

A professional undergraduate pathway

American Management University offers two Bachelor programs designed for professionals who already have real-world industry experience and want to formalise it into a recognised undergraduate qualification.

Both programs share the same flexible, 100% online, self-paced delivery model as the AMU MBA and PhD, supported by AI-enabled learning tools, applied case work and an industry-based capstone consulting project in the final semester.
